Upon completion of this form, we will manually register your dancer for the event and your card will be charged for any and all fees associated. We are unable to hold or guarantee a spot at a convention or competition without payment.*

ROOTS Music offers in-studio, in-home, and online music lessons on piano, voice, guitar, drums, violin, ukulele, songwriting, music production, and more! Band, ensemble and group classes are also available.

ROOTS Dance offers a wide array of preschool, recreational, and competitive dance classes for ages 18 months to 18 years. Classes are available Monday through Saturday in ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, hip-hop, acro, and more.
