About
Hello there! I am Jayden Masen, a mentor, musician, and audio engineer based in Franklin, TN. My love for music and teaching started early, as I began assistant teaching at the Sarah Kelly Music School when I was only 12 years of age. Ever since then, I’ve enjoyed helping musicians of all ages grow and develop their skills through custom-tailored music lessons in Houston, Nashville and now Franklin, connecting with students and their families, witnessing their musical dreams come to life firsthand!
Professionally, I’ve worked in various roles that involve managing live sound for concerts, editing and producing music in studios, and helping developing artists find their identities. I strive to create a positive and supportive environment in everything I do within the music universe, sharing all of my past experiences to benefit your musical journey!
Jayden’s Teaching Philosophy: “My teaching philosophy is centered around creating a positive and supportive environment where students can explore and develop their musical abilities. I believe that every student is unique, so I custom-tailor my lessons to meet each individual’s needs and goals. I aim to connect with my students and their families, fostering a community where musical dreams can flourish, while also practicing a discipline that will be carried onto many other paths in the students’ lives. By sharing my professional experiences in live sound, music production, and artist development, I strive to inspire and guide my students on their musical journeys, helping them find their own identities and achieve their goals!”
