Lesson Schedule & Availability
Private music lessons are currently available Monday through Thursday from 2:00pm until 8:00pm, Fridays from 2:00pm until 6:30pm, and Saturdays from 10:00am until 2:00pm.
Lessons are available in piano, guitar, voice, drums, bass, violin, and ukulele. Lessons are available for students ages 6 through adult.

Absolutely. Making an instrument or mentor change is easy. Kindly contact our office at (615) 804-1177 or firstname.lastname@example.org and let them know what you’d like to do. They’ll be happy to talk you through your options.
We know that making that first step in choosing your instrument is a tough one. Don’t let that stop you! We are all about your student finding the right fit. If you’re unhappy with your mentor or instrument, you can simply let us know and we’ll try a different option.
The current music lesson rates are $149 per month for 30-minute lessons, $224 for 45-minute lessons per week, or $298 for 60-minute lessons per week.
Absolutely! Students are offered 1 make-up credit per lesson type per month for cancellations made at least an hour in advance of the scheduled lesson. Click here for instructions on how to schedule a make-up lesson!
All students are issued up to 1 make-up credit per month upon valid cancellation with our admin team. You can view your available make-up credits on the dashboard of your ROOTS Music Portal under the “Make-Up Credits” widget.
Simply give us a call at (615) 804-1177 x1 or email email@example.com to cancel a lesson at least 1 hour before your regularly scheduled lesson to receive your 1 monthly make-up credit. Please keep in mind, additional cancellations will not receive a make-up credit, and there are no refunds for missed lessons.
Every lesson and class are led by instructors that we purposely call “mentors.” We take the responsibility of training the next generation seriously. Each of our mentors are trained and empowered to develop the student’s gifts and talents, but also to build trusted and reliable connections. We believe that if the students trust the environment and mentor, they will thrive and grow faster. You can meet our Music Mentors here!
Absolutely! We offer a temporary hold for music lessons that allows students to keep their mentor, lesson day/time, and current tuition rate for a discounted rate each month. You can read up more on Lesson Holds here.
The money-back guarantee is based on the following requirements:
- The student is required to attend four consecutive weeks of lessons/classes
- Parent/student must notify the front office regarding their dissatisfaction by the third week, giving us an opportunity to improve your learning experience.
- Refunds will be paid by check and delivered within 10-14 business days.
Make sure your calendar view is set to “Everything” when looking for available make-up lesson times.

No worries! If you need to change your make-up lesson registration, email our admin team at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know at least 24 hours in advance. We will be happy to help you!
Yes! All students are invited to participate in the showcase, no matter how long they have been taking lessons. Their mentor will work with them on a piece suitable for their level, and they will gain valuable performance experience right from the start.
No problem! Email email@example.com, and our team will be happy to send you another invite email to log in to your portal.
Yes, there is a performance fee of $40 per student to participate in the showcase.
We offer hassle-free withdrawals or holds. The only requirement is to notify the office before the start of your next billing cycle. Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing using this form. Withdrawals will be processed within three business days.
