A performance-based program where young musicians develop skills through band rehearsals and live shows.
Offering recreational and competitive dance classes in ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, lyrical, and contemporary for ages 18 months through 18 years.
Elite training program for dedicated dancers ages 5-18, with multiple competition and performance opportunities.
Music and dance classes designed for children ages 18 months to 5 years, introducing fundamentals through play.

ROOTS campus
Located in the heart of Cool Springs, the ROOTS Academy Campus spans 18,400 square feet across three facilities: the Main Building, the Annex, and Studio M.
Our Brentwood, TN campus includes 15 music lesson studios, 7 dance studios with professional sprung floors, and a fully equipped band studio. Parents can enjoy four welcoming lobby areas with comfortable workspaces and seating, designed for both relaxation and productivity. The campus also offers 95 parking spaces and filtered water stations for added convenience.

As part of the OnStage Band experience, each of our bands and ensembles participate in a full creative and branding process including a professional content day to bring their new band to life. Next stop, these bands are headed for the STAGE! 🔥
Band Fun Facts:
- Band sessions runs from August - May
- Each band is made up of 5-7 members + 2 mentors giving every musician unlimited playing time under the guidance of professional musicians and educators.
- OnStage Auditions will be June 6th, 2025
- Beginner bands are for musicians ages 10-14. No experience required!
- OnStage Ensembles include Percussion, Vocal and Strings
- First access to summer band intensives and rock band week!
- Opportunities to perform in local venues like the Mockingbird Theatre, EXIT/IN, and The Ryman!
